Do not take if you have: headaches with focal neurological symptoms, Hepatitis C drug combinations containing ombitasvir/ paritaprevir/ ritonavir, with or without dasabuvir
CDC Guidelines
Do not take if you have a family history of blood clots.
Not suitable for smokers over the age of 35.
Increased risk for blood clots, heart attacks, and strokes.
