Take our Pre-Evaluation Screening to see what category of hormonal contraceptives are right for you. You will need a recent weight and blood pressure reading before starting the survey. We follow the CDC and USMEC guidelines for prescribing, which means that you receive the best care possible. Our survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete and this is for YOUR safety.  Just because we are online, does not mean we cut corners. We work WITH our patients to find safe and reliable solutions.
